Event-level analysis of multipartner sexual encounters: situational characteristics and sexual outcomes reported by MSM in England

Drawing on data from the Sigma Panel online study of MSM (2011-2012) these analyses demonstrate that substance use, including poly-substance use and use of certain specific substances, is associated with increased odds of unprotected anal intercourse (UAI) and increased pleasure in multi-partner encounters among MSM in England.
