New website: Gay men's sex survey

Making it Count Briefing Sheets

Duration: September 2010 - June 2012

As part of the CHAPS sector development programme Sigma Research is working with NAM to update a range of HIV prevention briefings previously known as Sector Summary Reports. Sector Sumarry Reports were written, produced and published by Terrence Higgins Trust, mainly between 2004 and 2007.

Re-branded as Making it Count Briefing Sheets (MiC BS) the summaries are intended to provide a short overview on a specific topic for sexual health promoters working with gay men, bisexual men and other men that have sex with men (MSM). MiC BS are 2,000 to 3,000 word summaries of the evidence base on topics which are important in the context of Making it Count. They are published and distributed in the form of interactive PDFs and are not usually printed. The series editor is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

CHAPS is a partnership of community-based organisations carrying out HIV prevention and sexual health promotion with gay men, bisexual men and other MSM in England. It is a national HIV prevention partnership funded by the Department of Health for England and co-ordinated by Terrence Higgins Trust. Alongside THT it includes The Eddystone Trust (South West England), GMFA (London), Healthy Gay Life (Birmingham), The Lesbian & Gay Foundation (Manchester), The Metro Centre (London), NAM (London), Trade Sexual Health (Leicester), and Yorkshire MESMAC
